Move In / Move Out
LBC is available to complete detailed move in or move out cleanings of your home or office. We complete free estimates so that we can see each space and tailor the cleaning to fit each individual’s needs.
The most common move in/out cleanings include the items below, and the home is usually empty. Move in/out cleanings require a 50% deposit, at the time of booking, to hold the space on the calendar. Please keep in mind that we can add in or remove items as needed.

All cleanings are designed with the customer’s expectations and budget in mind. This is why we do all estimates in person, at your home, to discuss budget and time expectations for each client. If our calendar is full, we can add you to our waiting list!
